My therapeutic approach is rooted in fat and trans liberation, disability justice, anti-racism, and prison abolition. I am a Certified Body Trust® provider and believe in the inherent worth of all bodies, regardless of size, ability, or health status. My clients are often queer or trans, neurodivergent, and many identify as disabled or chronically ill. I also have experience working with relationships, body image, gender dysphoria, career decisions, and grief/loss. I work with adults only (18 years or older). I am currently using telehealth only, which is available to any client located in the state of WA. I have previously worked in community mental health, gender and sexuality education, and disability case management. Outside of work, I enjoy music, tarot, tattoos, lattes, baking, casual astrology, reality TV and puzzles. I also read a lot of books, especially memoir and sci-fi, and am always up for book recs. I am both a cat and dog person—you’ll probably see my cat wander through our telehealth sessions! I have a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Women’s and Gender Studies from Carleton College and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Southern Illinois University. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington.
