I use a consent-based model for gender-affirming treatment letters, so you don’t have to be my client if you are not seeking therapy. In this appointment we will focus on only the content that’s relevant to the letter.

I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise, and First Choice Health Network, which also includes some Kaiser Permanente PPO plans. For those with other insurance plans, I am happy to provide a superbill, which can be used to request reimbursement based on any out-of-network coverage your plan offers.
