For equity and accessibility purposes I offer a tiered fee schedule with some reduced fee spots available. You may also choose to pay extra to support a lower fee for another client. Details are available upon initiation of services.

I use a consent-based model for gender-affirming treatment letters, so you don’t have to be my client if you are not seeking therapy. In this appointment we will focus on only the content that’s relevant to the letter.

I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise, and First Choice Health Network (which includes Kaiser Permanente PPO plans) for individual therapy only. I do not bill insurance for couple/relational therapy.

For those with other insurance plans, I am happy to provide a superbill, which can be used to request reimbursement based on any out-of-network coverage your plan offers.

I cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursement for any insurance plan; please verify your insurance policy before starting our work together to avoid unexpected costs.
